On
Tuesday the Bandys wrestlers traveled to East Rutherford to close out their regular
season. The Trojans finished the conference with a win finishing 6-1 in the conference,
22-2 overall. The win secured the number two play-off spot in the conference
for the Trojans in the state dual play offs next week. Bandys had six wrestlers,
Michael Styer, BJ Little, Colt Howell, William Gilleland, Byron Sigmon, and Craig
McIntosh, all of which scored pins for the Trojans. Justin Houston scored a major
decision and Ryan White won by forfeit. Two other Trojan wrestlers, Patrick McIntosh
and Jerry Stogner, won by decision. On Saturday Bandys will host the Midwest
2A Conference tournament. Competition will begin at 9:00am and last through out
the day.
